摘 要:从聚合物分子在剪切与未剪切的条件下对蒙古林油田弱凝胶深部调驱体系进行评价。实验表明聚合物分子被剪切后,主要影响凝胶体系的成胶强度,未被剪切时的凝胶强度明显高于聚合物分子被剪切后的凝胶强度。而从长期稳定性的角度来讲,聚合物分子是否被剪切,对稳定性的影响不是很大。剪切条件下聚合物溶液浓度为800 mg/L和1 000 mg/L的已成胶的凝胶体系最高强度分别为4 619 mPa.s和4 319 mPa.s,远远低于聚合物未被剪切时的最高成胶强度34 293 mPa.s和31 393 mPa.s;剪切后的聚合物在其成胶后的稳定性较好,恒温192 h后,聚合物溶液浓度为800 mg/L和1 000 mg/L的凝胶体系黏度最终保留值分别为2 224 mPa.s和2 999 mPa.s。黏度下降率分别为51.85%和30.56%。蒙古林油田所用凝胶体系配方为聚合物浓度为800 mg/L和1 000 mg/L,聚/交比为30:1。From the polymer molecules in the cut and did not shear conditions to Menggulin Oil Field for weak gel deep profile system evaluation, experimental results show that the main effect of the gel system is gelling strength if the polymer molecules are cut, the gel strength of polymer molecule not under shear is significantly high- er than the shear, and from a long-term stability perspective, polymer molecules are cut or not, the effect on the stability of it is not very large. Under the condition of shear, the concentration of polymer solution for 800 mg/L and 1 000 rag/L, the highest gelling strength are 4 619 mPa. s and 4 319 mPa. S, far below the highest gelling strength of 34 293 mPa. s and 31 393 mPa. s under the polymer solution is not shear. The stability of polymer solu- tion after gelling under shear is good, after 192 h in constant temperature, the viscosity reserves value that the con- centration of polymer solution for 800 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L, is 2 224 mPa. s and 2 999 mPa. s respectively. The decrease rate of viscosity is 51.85% and 30.56% respectively. The formula of gel system to Menggulin Oil Field is that the concentration of polymer is 800 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L, polymer and the ratio of crosslinking agent for 30 :1.
