中心压实法对提高锻件质量的影响

摘　　要：通过高温模拟试验,研究了中心压实法(J.T.S法)锻造时,锻件内部孔洞性缺陷的锻合机理和变形规律,以及对锻件内部组织和机械性能的影响。证实了温度梯度的存在,对提高锻件内部质量的有利作用。The mechanism and law of consolidation of the internal cavities of large forgings in J.T.S forging process were systematically investigated by high temperature modelling technique. The effect of J.T.S forging process on internal structure and mechanical properties was given. The resuts proved that this process could greatly improved the properties of large forgings.
