摘 要:随着重油催化裂化装置处理量的提高,提高产品总液收已成为亟待解决的问题,因此针对装置加工原料和相关操作参数进行了优化调整。利用减压侧线油掺混到催化原料中,掺混比例控制在15%~20%(质量分数),使原料残炭值明显降低,保持在5%以下,同时铁、镍、钒等重金属含量均有所降低。最佳催化剂微反活性控制在64~68之间,相应提升管出口反应温度控制在513~515℃之间。采用活性和稳定性更好的LDO-75型催化剂代替原来的LVR-60R型催化剂,解决了催化剂跑损问题。运行结果表明,产品总液收均值达到83.74%,较优化调整前提高2.94个百分点,其中汽油收率提高2.45个百分点,柴油收率降低0.03个百分点,液化气收率提高0.52个百分点;反应生焦率均值降低1.63个百分点,油浆产率均值降低1.01个百分点,干气产率降低0.3个百分点;2011年装置新增产值4238万元。As the processing capacity of Nanchong Refining Plant's FCCU increases,it has become a task requiring immediate attention to raise the total liquid yield of the unit.To achieve this objective,technicians optimized the feedstock and operating parameters of the unit.Blending vacuum sidetrack oil into catalytic feedstock at a blending ratio of 15%-20% (by mass fraction) can considerably reduce the residual carbon value of feedstock,to below 5%.In addition,the contents of heavy metals such as iron,nickel and vanadium can also be reduced.The optimum catalyst micro-reactor activity was controlled between 64 and 68 and the corre-sponding reaction temperature at the outlet of the riser was controlled between 513 and 515℃.The LDO-75 catalyst with better activity and stability was used to replace the previously used LVR-60R catalyst.This solved the issue of catalyst loss.After the optimization,the total liquid yield of the unit averaged 83.74%,up 2.94 percentage points from before the optimization.The yield of gasoline rose by 2.45 percentage points,that of diesel fuel dropped by 0.03 percentage point and that of liquefied petroleum gas rose by 0.52 percentage point.The average coke yield in reaction dropped by 1.63 percentage points,the average oil slurry yield dropped by 1.01 percentage points and the yield of dry gas dropped by 0.3 percentage point.Annual output value of the unit increased by 42.38 million yuan in 2011.
