护理干预在鼻咽癌调强适形放疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在鼻咽癌调强适形放疗中行护理干预的临床价值。方法将70例鼻咽癌患者按照随机分组的办法分为干预组40例和对照组30例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组在上述基础上采用护理干预措施。结果干预组放疗副反应发生率明显低于对照组,患者的生活质量评分也明显优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌强调适形放疗中采用护理干预可有效降低放疗副反应,改善患者预后。Objective To explore the clinical value of using nursing intervention in nasopharyngeal intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy.Methods 70 NPC patients were randomly divided into an intervention group of 40 patients and a control group of 30 patients,with the control group in routine care and the intervention group in nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care.Results Incidence of radiotherapy side effects of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,the score of the patient＇s quality of life was also significantly better than the control group,group differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Making use of nursing intervention in intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy can effectively reduce radiotherapy side effects and improve the prognosis of patients.
