护理干预对青光眼患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探查护理干预对青光眼患者的综合影响。方法选择2010年1月～12月连续收住的确诊为青光眼患者80例,将80例青光眼患者随机分为干预组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),干预组采用常规护理和护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。结果与对照组比较,干预组患者的遵医行为、稳定情绪、眼压控制效果、患者的满意度有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高患者对疾病的认知,有利于疾病的治疗,对减少并发症,预防复发,提高护理质量,提高患者的生存质量有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the nursing intervention for glaucoma patients.Methods ：Consecutive admitted and confirmed 80 cases of glaucoma patients from January 2010 to December,which is divided into intervention group of 40 patients and a control group of 40 patients,the intervention group were treated with routine care and nursing intervention and control group received usual care.Results Compared with control group,the intervention group patients compliance behavior,emotional stability,IOP control effect,patient satisfaction,significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patients＇ awareness of the disease,which is conducive to treatment of the disease,reduce complications,relapse prevention,and to improve the quality of care,improve the patient＇s quality of life has important clinical significance.
