摘　　要：研究设计了基于 586计算机 /中文WIN95、VisualFoxPro5.0的硬 /软件环境的铸造缺陷分析专家系统 (SSCDA)。SSCDA成功地模拟了人类铸造专家对铁铸件和有色合金铸件铸造缺陷问题的分析及解决方法 ,解决了铸造生产中的实际问题。A expert system for analysis of casting defects (SSCDA) is developed based on hardware/software condition of 586 PC/windows 95, visual foxpro 5.0. Method of generating specification knowledge is adopted by SSCDA and specific problem is resolved by menu drive. Analysis and solution methods to casting defects in cast iron and non ferrous alloy castings for foundry expert are simulated successfully. The real problem in foundry production is resolved.
