摘 要:结合离合器助力器工作时的进气阀初始平衡阶段、进气阀开启阶段以及进气过程3个阶段,给出了弹簧负载和电机负载两个模式的离合器助力器工作特性的数学模型,并采用Simulink软件对该离合器助力器工作特性进行了仿真。仿真结果与试验结果对比表明,使用弹簧负载和电机负载的离合器助力器工作特性仿真曲线与试验测试曲线相似度高,工作特性特征点数据接近,进而验证了所建模型的准确性。In consideration of the three working stages of the clutch booster,namely,initial balance stage,opening stage of the intake valve and the intake process,mathematical models of the working characteristics of automobile clutch booster are studied and presented under both spring and motor load modes.Meanwhile,Simulink software is used for simulation of the working characteristics of the clutch booster.Comparison between simulation and experimental results indicate that the simulation curve of the working characteristics of the clutch booster with spring and motor load enjoys high similarity with the tested curve in experiment and feature data under the two conditions are quite close,thus verifying the accuracy of the established model.
