耐热合金与耐热钢扩散焊接头微变形的研究

摘　　要：针对耐热合金与耐热钢的真空感应扩散焊，研究了扩散焊连接工艺参数对接头变形率的影响、接头变形率与接头性能的关系以及不同接头变形率的微观形态。Vacuum diffusion welding of refractory steel to heat resistant alloy was investigated in this paper. The effect of welding parameters on the deformation ratio of joints was examined. The relationshp of the deformation ratio and mechanical properties of joints was discussed. And microconfiguration of the different deformation ratio of joints was researched.
