摘　　要：采用光管加扁钢式结构焊制膜式壁管屏是电站锅炉膜式壁组件生产中的一项重大技术革命。其组件采用ＭＰＭ设备可实现多个焊头上下同时焊接，焊接变形小，尺寸精度高，工件不需翻身，生产效率高。Using the technology of welding water - wall panel by the structure of tube plus fin is the important technology innovation in manufacturing of power boiler water - wall series. The equipment of MPM has many advantages: welding of both sides at the same the by multiple welding torchs, small welding deformation, highly accurate dimension, welding without turning work- pieces over and high efficientcy.
