摘  要:结合汽车发电机的电磁场模型及由其特殊的转子结构所组成的汽车发电机系统,引用基本的电磁场理论和气隙磁场谐波理论,推导了汽车发电机中气隙磁场波形畸变的重要影响及其规律。利用Maxwell 3D软件建立三维有限元电磁场分析模型,得出基本的电磁场分布场图,着重求导了基于傅里叶分解的气隙磁场的谐波分析,并在此基础上通过比较分析不同爪极斜角结构时谐波成分的组成与大小,对发电机转子的爪极尺寸进行优化,提高了汽车发电机的输出效率等性能,并实验验证了理论分析结果的正确性。Combined with the automobile generator's magnetic field model and automobile generator system with its special structure rotor, basic theory of electromagnetic field and harmonic theory of the air-gap magnetic field were quoted, the important effect and the rule of air gap magnetic' field waveform distortion in automobile generator were deduced. Three- dimensional finite element electromagnetic field analysis model was built by Maxwell 3D. The basic electromagnetic field distribution diagrams were gained. Harmonic analysis of the air-gap magnetic field based on FFT was emphasized obtained. The harmonic components" composition and size of different bevel structure of claw pole were compared and analyzed based on the harmonic analysis. Optimization design method was applied in optimizing the claw size of the alternator. And the ac- curacy of the theoretical analysis results was verified.
