摘 要:基于自适应细分技术,设计了一种应用于对日定向伺服系统的两相混合式步进电动机驱动器,提出了动态多细分调节控制策略:伺服系统跟踪误差较大时,控制步进电动机运行在整步或低细分状态使其快速旋转,带动传动装置迅速减小误差,提高伺服系统的响应速度;在跟踪误差逐渐小的动态过程中,逐步提高电机的细分数,以改善系统的跟踪精度。该系统硬件电路以CPLD为控制核心,采用步进电动机集成驱动芯片,配以D/A转换电路和电源转换电路,实现步进电动机细分驱动。实验结果表明,采用动态多细分调节的控制方法可以实现步进电动机动态运行过程中细分状态的连续、稳定调节。Based on adjustable subdivided drive technique, a 2-phase hybrid stepper motor controller used in a solar tracking system was designed and the dynamic multi-subdivision control strategy was presented:set the stepper motor in full step when the tracking error is large, which maximizes the motor's rotating speed, so as to reduce tracking errors rapidly and improve the response performance;on the other hand, gradually increase the subdivision number when the error is getting smaller so that the tracking precision can be assured. With CPLD as the controller of the hardware circuit,integrated stepper motor drive ICs and D/A converter were also used in order to realize subdivided drive technology. Experimental results indi- cate that, by using dynamic multi-subdivision control method, the subdivision number of the stepper motor can be changed smoothly and continuously in dynamic operation.
