摘 要:采用溶胶—凝胶法和热压烧结相结合的新工艺制备超细 Al2 O3p弥散强化铜材料 ,并对其烧结态和退火态的显微组织和性能进行了观察与分析。结果表明 :用这种工艺制备的弥散强化铜材料具有高致密度、高强度、高电导率及高温热稳定性等优点 ;Al2 O3p颗粒平均尺寸约 0 .1μm,颗粒间距 0 .3μm;90An innovative technology for manufacturing dispersion strengthened copper is presented to produce the ultra fine dispersoid in copper matrix. The microstructures and properties of the as sintered and as annealed materials were measured and analysised. The results indicate that the materials made by this technology have high density, high strength, high electrical conductivity and thermal stability at high temperatures. The dispersoid particles of aluminiun oxide have an average size of 0 1 μm and an average interparticle spacing of 0 3 μm. The properties of the materials annealed at 900℃ decrease little.
