舒肝解郁胶囊与黛力新治疗老年慢性心力衰竭伴抑郁对照分析

摘　　要：目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭伴抑郁症的疗效。方法将80例老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)合并抑郁的老年患者按就诊顺序随机分为舒肝解郁胶囊组40例和黛立新组40例,在CHF常规治疗的基础上观察组进行治疗6周观察。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17项)评定疗效,采用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗6周末,舒肝解郁组有效率为92.31%,黛力新组有效率为66.67%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=7.25,P<0.05);两组TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.55,P<0.05)。舒肝解郁组不良反应明显较少。结论舒肝解郁胶囊为一种安全有效和耐受性良好抗抑郁药物。Objective To assess the efficacy of suganjieyu capsule in treatment of depressive symptoms of CHF patients.Methods According to hospitalization sequence,80 depressive symptoms of COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups,suganjieyu capsule group（n=40）and denixit group（n=40）were treated for 6 weeks.HAMD was used to assess efficacy.And the side effects were evaluated by TESS.Results At the end of the 6th week,The total effective rate of the suganjieyu capsule group was 92.31%,that of the denixit group was 66.67%,the former was significantly higher than the latter（χ2=7.25,P0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups in TESS（t=6.55,P0.01）.Extrapramidal side effects in patients of suganjieyu capsule group were significantly fewer.Conclusion Suganjieyu capsule is a antipsychotic with better efficacy and tolerance and less side effects.
