服刑人员与非服刑人员人格障碍与父母教养方式的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨父母教养方式与人格障碍之间的关系。方法采用人格诊断问卷(PDQ-4+)、父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)分别对278名服刑人员和263名非服刑人员进行问卷调查。结果①服刑人员与非服刑人员在人格障碍的总得分以及9个因子上存在显著差异(t=18.012,39.259,19.725,35.620,P<0.001;t=8.428,7.89,P<0.01;t=5.653,5.223,4.785,4.794,P<0.05);②服刑人员与非服刑人员在父母亲的情感温暖理解、父母亲的惩罚严厉和父母亲的拒绝否认方面存在显著差异(t=6.342,4.871,5.459,3.895,P<0.05;t=8.628,8.266,P<0.01);③对服刑人员而言,父母的情感温暖理解与人格障碍存在显著负相关(r=-0.278,-0.263,P<0.05),父母的拒绝否认、惩罚严厉、母亲的偏爱被试与人格障碍存在显著正相关(r=0.285,0.294,0.240,0.272,0.256;P<0.05)。结论情感温暖和理解的教养方式有助于服刑人员形成健康的人格,拒绝否认和惩罚严厉的教养方式容易形成人格障碍。Objective To explore the relationship between parental rearing patterns and personality disorder.Methods A total of 278 prisoners and 263 non-prisoners were investigated with Personality Disorder Questionnaire（PDQ-4＋）and EMBU scale.Results ①There were significant differences in the total score of personality disorder and nine factors in PDQ-4＋ between prisoners and non-prisoners（t=18.012,39.259,19.725,35.620,P0.001;t=8.428,7.89,P0.01;t=5.653,5.223,4.785,4.794;P0.05）.②There were significant differences in warmth of feeling and understanding of parental,punishment of parental,rejection and denial of parental in EMBU between prisoners and non-prisoners（t=6.342,P0.05;t=5.459,4.871,3.895,P0.05;t=8.628,8.266,P0.01）.③For prisoners,negatively significant correlation was found between personality disorder and warmth of feeling and understanding of parental（r=-0.278,-0.263;P0.05）,positively significant correlation was found between personality disorder and punishment of parental,rejection and denial of parental,favoritism of mother（r=0.285,0.294,0.240,0.272,0.256;P0.05）.Conclusion Personality disorder is positively correlated with parental rearing pattern.
