摘　　要：目的对特大城市火灾中1例中年女性目击者心理危机干预的治疗。方法采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估,并运用情感支持、肌肉渐进式放松疗法、认知领悟疗法、合理情绪疗法等技术对该目击者的急性应激反应进行分析和咨询治疗。结果心理测量结果提示(HAMD17)23、(HAMA)25,通过心理危机干预,帮助目击者从严重的心理痛苦中解脱出来。结论火灾目击者经历了现场悲惨境况,身心健康受到不同程度的心理损伤,加强社会支持、采用积极应对方式可取得很好的急性应激反应心理干预效果。Objective To explore the effect of psychological crisis intervention on a middle-aged female witness in huge town fire conflagration.Methods Using HAMD and HAMA to assess,using feeling support,progressive muscle relaxation therapy,cognitive-insight therapy and rational-emotive therapy and so on to treat.Results The scores of HAMD and HAMA were 23 and 25,female witness relieved severe psychological pain by psychological crisis intervention.Conclusion The fire conflagration witness undergo the tragic circumstance of field,and body and mind health is subjected to injuries,and by strengthening the social support and adopting positive coping,it is good to the efficacy of psychological crisis intervention on acute stress reaction.
