摘  要:为优化天青石在碳酸氢铵中的溶解工艺,先对200目的天青石矿粉进行保锶除钙处理,然后对天青石溶解过程的影响因素进行了研究,发现:采用活化剂可以加速天青石复分解反应,提高硫酸锶转化率,缩短反应时间。同时定量考察了复分解反应的搅拌强度、碳酸氢铵的浓度及加料时间、活化剂的加入量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对转化率的影响,得出了天青石复分解反应较优的工艺条件。In order to improve the technology of celestite in ammonium hydrogen carbonate,the mineral powder of celestite(200 mesh) was pretreated to remove the calcium ion as impurity in advance before study was conducted of many factors affecting celestite conversion ratio in the reaction of celestite with ammonium bicarbonate.The results showed that the double decomposition reaction could be accelerated by use of activating agent,improving the conversion rate of strontium sulfate and shortening the reaction time.Quantitative examination also was made of effect stirring intensity of the double decomposition reaction,concentration and feeding time of ammonium bicarbonate,dosage of activating agent,reaction time and temperature and other factors on the conversion rate and the desirable process conditions for the double decomposition reaction of celestite were obtained.
