摘 要:目的:探讨高频超声引导技术在麦默通(Mammotome)微创切除乳腺良性肿块中的引导及监护作用。方法:62例患者,78个乳房肿块,经超声检查诊断均为良性肿块,在高频超声引导并监护下行麦默通微创旋切治疗。结果:超声在麦默通微创旋切治疗过程中均能清晰显示病变,引导成功率100%。2例出现切除部位血肿、1例出现皮下青紫,局部血肿发生率共计3.23%(2/62)。术后3个月超声随访未发现病例在原手术部位有病灶残留,所有患者对术后乳房外形及治疗效果均表示满意。结论:高频超声引导技术在麦默通微创治疗乳腺良性肿块中有重要作用,是目前麦默通微创治疗乳腺良性肿块的首选引导方法。Objective:To investigate the guiding and monitoring effect of high-frequency ultrasound in Mammotome minimally invasive excision for benign breast lesion. Methods: Mammotome minimally invasive excision was apphed among 58 cases with 78 breast lesions. All treatments were performed under the guidance of high-frequency ultrasound. Results: 100% of all lesions were accurately diagnosed under the ultrasound guidance. Follow-up results revealed that postoperative hematoma occurred in two cases, and subcutaneous bruising occurred in one case. This represents a local hematoma rate of 3.23% (2/62). No apparent negative results (with a few residual spots) were discovered among the 58 cases after 3 months of the surgery. All patients were satisfied with the breast shapes and therapeutic effect.Conclusions: High frequency ultrasound plays an important role in guiding the treatment of benign breast lesions by minimally invasive Mammotome technique, and it should be the best guiding method to Mammotome minimally invasive excision for benign breast lesion in recently.
