摘　　要：在碳当量一定的条件下 ,提高Si/C值来生产轨道车换向箱箱体 ;经使用证明 ,该材质比原牌号的抗拉强度提高了 1～ 2级 ,最薄壁处无白口、应力小、无裂纹、尺寸稳定性好 ;在生产中取消了热时效处理。This paper has introduced production of the track cars direction exchange box body when the carbon equivalent at certain condition and the Si/C was rised. The result shows that tensile strength 1～2 grade with no chill in the thin wall, no crack, small stress and dimension stability. And no more heat treatment is needed.
