摘  要:杉木精油是一种用途广泛的天然香料,可用于食品防腐保鲜。杉木屑经水蒸气蒸馏可以提取杉木精油。以柏木醇为考察指标,通过单因素试验、Box-Benhnken试验,对杉木屑精油水蒸气蒸馏条件进行优化,确定其最适蒸馏条件:先用40℃热水浸泡60min,采用三级变温蒸馏方式,水蒸气流量94 mL/min,蒸馏总时间185 min,第1级水蒸气温度130℃蒸馏60min,第2级蒸馏温度150℃蒸馏65min,第3级160℃蒸馏60min。在此条件下,精油得率0.91%,柏木醇质量分数为41.39%。Fir essential oil is a kind of widely used natural spices, which is used for food antiseptic and preservation. The essential oil can he acquired lay extraction technology from Chinese fir sawdust. Taking the content of cedrol as an indicate, the monofactorial experi- ment and the Box-Behnken experimental were applied to optimize the conditions of steam distillation and got the best distillation condi- tions: Chinese fir sawdust soaking in the water of 40℃ for 60 min, using the three-stage distillation of varied tempcrtures method, the water vapor flow rate of 94 mL/min and the total distillation time 185 min. The first-stage distillation temperature was 130 ℃ and time 60 min; the second-stage distillation temperature was 150℃ and time 65 min; the third-stage distillation temperature was 160 ℃ and 60 min. Under these conditions, the mass fraction of cedrol could reach 41.39% and the essential oil 0.91%.
