摘 要:采用二次正交回归组合试验方法,在冷冻干燥试验机上对胡萝卜进行冻干试验。对试验结果用SAS软件分析,得到单位水分能耗和冻干生产率的二次回归方程。采用多目标优化,利用线性加权和方法,构造目标函数,并用MAT-LAB 7.0软件自行编制程序并调用优化工具箱进行多目标优化迭代求解。结果表明,冻干能耗与生产率的多目标优化参数为切片厚度8.896 8mm,冻干室压强33.572 9Pa,温度63.248 5℃。Freeze drying experiment of carrot was carried out on a freeze drying dig. Tests were performed using quadratic orthogonal regression method. The quadratic regression equation of energy con sumption per water and productivity were obtained by SAS software. In order to accomplish comprehensive optimization of energy con sumption per water and productivity, the multiple optimal methods were utilized based on linear weighting and the objective function es- tablished. The optimization was carried out by MATLAB 7.0 which executed the program. The results showed that the optimal operating conditions were as follows; thickness is 8. 896 8 mm, pressure in dr ying chamber is 33. 572 9 Pa, temperature of heating sheet is 63. 248 5 ℃.
