摘  要:以DMF为溶剂,氨基硫脲和CS2环化生成2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑;该化合物与苄氯反应,生成2-氨基-5-巯基(苯甲基)-1,3,4-噻二唑。2-氨基-5-巯基(苯甲基)-1,3,4-噻二唑与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯反应得酰基硫脲类化合物。此外,用不同的方法合成的另外两种取代芳胺胺基化合物,也均与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯进行反应。所得目标化合物均经1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、MS确证结构。2-Amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol were prepared via reaction of thiosemicarbazide with CS2 in the presence of DMF.The treatment of compound 2 with benzyl chloride resulted in the formation of 2-amino-5-thiol(benzyl) 1,3,4-thiadiazole.Then the reaction of 2-amino-5-thiol(benzyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole with benzoyl isothiocyanates produced target compounds.In addition,acylthiourea derivatives containing thiadiazole and acylthiourea derivatives containing benzimidazole were also respectively synthesized by the reaction of benzoyl isothiocyanates with two amino compounds which were prepared by different methods.The structures of target compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR,13CNMR,IR and MS.
