摘　　要：规划水资源论证是应对我国日益严峻的水资源形势和保障经济社会可持续发展的重要举措,是各级水行政主管部门的重要职责。在分析规划水资源论证工作的必要性的基础上,对不同规划水资源论证报告编制的重点和规划水资源论证报告审查进行了剖析,提出推进规划水资源论证工作可能面临的主要问题及对策措施。Water resources evaluation in planning is crucial for securing sustainable economic and social development under the increasing pressure placed on water in China and it is the main function of water administrative department. On the basis of analyzing the necessity of water resources evaluation in planning, the key points of report preparation and inspection are presented and relevant measures for dealing with problems are given.
