摘　　要：在全面回顾江苏省水资源论证工作实践的基础上,总结了实施水资源论证制度的几点体会,并对目前江苏省建设项目水资源论证工作中存在的问题进行分析,提出了推进水资源论证的建议,包括完善法规和技术体系、尽快整合水利部门的各项技术论证、严格资质单位从业管理、严格水资源论证制度的执行、落实规划水资源论证的推进抓手等,为进一步做好江苏省建设项目水资源论证工作明确了方向、理清了思路。Experiences in implementing water resources evaluation system are summarized on the basis of review of working practices in Jiangsu Province. Studies are made on the existed problems and suggestions are put forward, including improving legal and technical system, integrating management of all sorts of technical evaluation of water conservancy departments, qualification of evaluating institutions, implementation of stringent water resources management system, and water resources evaluation in planning, so as to provide guidance and solution for bettering off undertaking of water resources evaluation in the province.
