摘 要:针对CY14-1B型轴向柱塞泵用斜盘等耐磨件淬火后硬度达不到设计要求,产生"烧盘"现象,采用合金化方式生产了铸态珠光体-铁素体球墨铸铁QT600-3铸件。生产的铸件组织均匀,珠光体含量≥75%,有良好的耐磨性,抗疲劳强度高。与正火工艺相比,采用合金化工艺生产的铸态珠光体—铁素体球墨铸铁节约能源,缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,提高了CY14-1B型轴向柱塞泵的质量与工作稳定性。Aiming at the phenomenon of "burn disc" that resulted from quenching hardness ofswashplate for CY14-IB axial piston pump falling short of the design hardness requirements, the as-cast pearlite-ferrite QT600-3 ductile iron castings was produced by alloying method. The casting has uniform structure, pearlite content≥75%, good wearing resistance, and high fatigue strength. Comparing with tempering process, the as-cast pearlite-ferrite QT600-3 ductile iron castings produced by alloying method can save energy, shorten the production cycle, reduce production costs, and improve the quality and reliability of the CY14-IB-type piston pump.
