摘　　要：4-(3-氨基-2-羧基苯基)丁酸是新型胸苷酸合成酶抑制剂的重要合成中间体。以3-(3-硝基苯甲酰基)丙酸乙酯为原料经过硝基还原、羰基还原、合环、开环等反应制得所需目标化合物。该方法具有生产成本低、反应条件温和、易于工业化生产的优点。4-（3-Amino-2-carboxy phenyl） butanoic acid is the key intermediate for the synthesis of new thy- midylate syntheses inhibitors. The target compound was synthesized from 3-（3-nitro benzoyl） propionate ether via nitro reduction, carbonyl reduction, cyclization, and ring-opening reactions. This method has the advantages of low cost and mild reaction conditions, and it is suitable for production in industrial scale.
