摘  要:为了使变频冰箱的控制策略能很好地适应各种复杂多变的工况,针对影响变频冰箱性能的一些因素进行了实验研究。该实验以两温室的变频冰箱作为实验对象,以冷藏室温度作为控制目标,在不同工作环境温度和压缩机转速等变工况下,从冰箱制冷系统制冷量与热负荷的关系角度,根据冷冻室温度和冰箱能耗的不同变化分析了环境温度、压缩机转速等因素对变频冰箱性能的影响。研究结果表明,环境温度会影响冰箱制冷系统的热负荷和两温室的温度匹配关系,当冰箱处于不同环境温度时,可以通过调节变频压缩机输气量和冷藏室目标控制温度来实现冰箱两温室温度的匹配控制和改善能耗的目的。In order to make the control strategy of the refrigerator with inverter adopt to complex and variable condition better, the experiment was conducted in an investigation of some influencing factors of performance of a refrigerator with inverter. Refrigerator with two temperature was taken as experiment object, and the refrigeration temperature was used as the control objectives, under the variable condition of different ambient temperature and compressor speed, based on the relationship between the refrigerating capacity and heat load;the effect of the factors of ambient temperature and compressor speed on refrigerator cooling system was analyzed through the change of freezing temperature and power consumption. The results indicate that ambient temperature can affect the heat load of the refrigerating system and the matching of two temperature, for the purpose of matching control of refrigerator temperature and energy-saving can be realized through the change of gas volume of inverter compressor and target control temperature when in different ambient temperature.
