摘 要:以杂交稻骨干恢复系明恢63、蜀恢527为对照,系统分析了水稻特大穗恢复系R1126的冠层叶片、干物质积累变化和产量特性。结果表明,R1126冠层叶面积大,比叶重大,净光合速率高,抗早衰能力强,具有较强的光合生产能力。R1126穗大粒多,每穗总粒数321粒,结实率87%,千粒重26 g,但分蘖力弱,有效穗少,单株穗数只有4.8个。对R1126的应用策略进行了探讨。Using Minghui 63 and Shuhui 527, two mainstay rice restorer lines, as the controls, the characteristics of Rl126, a rice restorer line with super-large panicles newly developed by Hunan Hybrid Rice Research Center, were surveyed in canopy leaf, dry matter accumulation and grain yield. The results showed that R1126 had a larger canopy leaf area, a greater specific leaf weight, a higher net photosynthetic rate, a stronger anti-premature senes- cence ability and a greater photosynthetic production capacity. Rl126 has super-large panicles with 321 spikelets per panicle, 87% of seed-setting rate and 26 g of 1 000-grain weight on average, but a weak tillering ability and a small number of productive panicles with only 4.8 panicles per plant on average. The strategy of the application of R1126 in super hybrid rice breeding was also discussed in the paper.
