摘 要:在系统分析我国门座起重机维护现状的基础上,依据以可靠性为中心的维护理论,对其维护管理模式进行了探讨。针对现行门座起重机维护体制存在的问题,提出基于风险的以可靠性为中心的维护策略以及其具体步骤,分析了在门座起重机中实行RCM的几个关键要素和所面临的困难,对提高门座起重机的维护技术及保障设备可靠、高效运行具有重要意义。After systematic analysis of the maintenance status of domestic portal cranes, according to the theory of RCM (reliability centered maintenance), the maintenance management mode of portal cranes is discussed. Aiming at some existing problems of the current maintenance strategies for portal cranes, the maintenance management mode based on RCM of risk is brought forward, and the process is further presented in detail. The key factors and the challenges to be overcome are discussed. The maintenance strategy based on RCM of risk will have important significance to improving the maintenance technology of portal cranes and safe guarding their reliable and efficient running.
