进口胎牛血清中牛病毒性腹泻病毒污染的检测

摘　　要：为了调查进口商品化牛血清中BVDV污染的情况,抽检了国内广泛使用的进口牛血清,用RT-PCR、ELISA抗体和抗原检测等方法对胎牛血清牛病毒性腹泻病毒进行了检测。检测结果显示进口胎牛血清BVDV核酸和抗原阳性率较高,进口新生牛血清存在BVDV抗体。To investigate the presence of bovine viral diarrhea virus （BVDV） contaminant in imported commercial bovine serum, some imported bovine serum widely used in domestic market were sampled and tested by RT-PCR, ELISA antibody test and antigen capture ELISA for BVDV contamination.The test results demonstrated that there is a high positive rate for nucleic acid and protein antigen of BVDV in fetal bovine serum, and positive result for BVDV antibody in newborn bovine serum and bovine serum.
