摘　　要：近年来,在中国创建和谐社会、实施新农村建设的进程中,农村居民的生活质量问题引起人们极大的关注。本文以我国西部农村为案例,以新农村建设为背景,以经济学、社会学、心理学为理论框架,构建中国农村居民幸福指数指标体系,并提出一些具有导向性价值的政策建议。In recent years, in the process of building a harmonious society and new countryside in China, living quality of rural population has aroused great concern. Based on economic, sociological and psychological theories, this paper intends to construct a happiness index system of rural population in China by taking Western rural areas under new countryside construction as examples. It also puts forward some policy suggestions with orientation values.
