摘　　要：抗战胜利后,中国共产党发动了具有深远历史意义的内蒙古自治运动。内蒙古自治运动联合会是内蒙古自治运动的领导机关,基层工作在联合会成立之初即受到乌兰夫等领导人的重视。联合会察哈尔盟分会作为内蒙古自治运动联合会在察哈尔盟的基层组织,受联合会的直接领导,是在察哈尔盟开展自治运动的革命群众团体,是一个团结察哈尔盟各族各阶层的统一战线性质的组织。察哈尔盟分会在土地工作、群众运动、经济和社会工作、武装斗争、组织建设等方面开展了大量卓有成效的工作,推动了内蒙古自治运动的发展,使察哈尔盟发展为巩固的革命根据地,有力地支援了人民解放战争。After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the Communist Party of China launched a self- governing campaign in Inner Mongolia which was of great historical significance. The League of Self-governing Campaign in Inner Mongolia was the leading organ of the campaign and Wu Lanfu and other leaders paid a great attention to its basic work when it was first set up. Chahar Branch was a basic local unit under the direct leadership of the League. Both as a revolutionary mass organization and an organization of united front, it carried out the campaign and united people of different ethnic groups at all levels in Chahar. Through its effective work in land reclamation, mass movement, economic and social work, armed struggle and organization construction, it made great contributions to promoting the self-governing campaign and developing Chahar into a revolutionary base to support the War of Liberation.
