摘　　要：转印装置是转移印花机的重要组成部分,是保证转移印花质量的核心。文章介绍了转移印花工艺流程和工作原理,常用的轧辊式和毯带式转印装置的结构和运动过程,对其进行了分析与总结,并给出一种毯带与轧辊相结合的新型冷转移印花转印装置结构,具有高转移率,转移印花机工艺稳定且使用寿命长。最后提出转移印花装置改进设计时应注意的问题。The transfer printing device is an important part of the transfer printing machine, which is to guarantee the core of the quality of transfer printed. This paper introduced the technological process of the transfer printed and working principle, the common used device structure and transfer motion process of the roll type and blanket belt type, then analyzed and summarized, thus presented a new cold transfer printing device structure which combined blanket band and roll with high transfer rate, stability in transfer printing machine process and long service life. Finally, the paper concluded several problems that the design and improvement of the transfer printing devices should pay attention to.
