摘  要:对主动模拟肺平台进行了调查研究,发现现有的主动模拟肺平台存在算法复杂、价格昂贵等缺点。针对以上不足,设计了一款可用于呼吸机综合测试的主动模拟肺平台。该平台通过在运动控制器上设置呼吸频率、潮气量等呼吸参数,计算相关参数并向直线电机驱动器发送相应的脉冲指令,由直线电机带动麻醉机风箱气囊活塞做往复运动,以模拟人体正常生理及疾病状态时的各种呼吸。经过Certifier FA Plus气流分析仪的测试,主动模拟肺平台可以用于模拟人体的各种呼吸状况。该平台具有良好的可扩展性,可用于临床医学和呼吸机的综合测试。The initiative lung simulator platform has been investigated, and the demerits of existing initiative lung simulator platform are found, e. g. , the algorithm is too complicated and the price is too expensive. For the above shortcomings, the initiative lung simulator platform that can be used in comprehensive tests of ventilators is designed. Through setting respiratory parameters, including respiratory rate, tidal volume, etc. , on the motion controller, and calculating related parameters and transmitting relevant pulse instructions to linear motor driver, then the piston of anesthesia machine bellows gasbag is driven by linear motor to do reciprocating movement to simulate the respiratory waveforms of human body in normal physiology or disease status. Through the test on Certifier FA Plus gas flow analyzer, it indicates that the initiative lung simulator platform can be used to simulate a variety of respiratory conditions of the human body. The platform possesses good expansibility and can be used for clinical medicine and ventilator comprehensive test.
