摘　　要：通过对统计检验与回归分析理论研究,提出了基于统计检验的人工影响天气作业效果评估系统解决方案,并实现原型系统。原型系统采用C/S架构,融合.NET框架、TCP/IP协议、多线程、数据库连接池、大型数据库等技术,有效地解决了海量气象资料分级入库相关问题,实现了基于降水和气温等资料多指标综合判别作业效果评估,系统评估效率高,容错性强。The solution to the operation effect assessment system of weather modification based on statistical test is presented in this paper after studying the theory of statistical test and regression analysis.Its prototype system is implemented as well.The prototype system uses C/S（client/server） architecture,integrates the technologies of.Net framework,TCP/IP protocol,multi-threading,database connection pool and large database,etc.,effectively solves the correlated problems of massive meteorological data classification and inputting to special database,and implements the comprehensive assessment on operation effect based on multi-index of rainfall and temperature materials.The system has high assessment efficiency with satisfactory fault tolerance.
