摘  要:目的建立超声方法检测脾脏体积的模型。方法应用超声方法测量20例受检者脾脏指定短轴切面面积,用三次B样条曲线插值法建立特定的模型,将面积值插入程序,自动计算出脾脏体积。同时用CT方法测量此20例受检者脾脏体积,将两种方法测量的结果进行对照。结果应用超声数据插入模型测量的脾脏体积为(170.62±43.83)cm3,CT测量结果为(179.54±47.26)cm3,两种方法比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论本研究率先建立了超声方法检测脾脏体积的模型,并证明了此模型具有可行性,可以用于临床指导诊断。Objective To construct model of spleen volume measured by ultrasonography. Methods The spleen are- as of indicated location of 20 cases were measured by ultrasonography. A model was established by using cubic B-spline curve interpolation. Then the spleen volume could be calculated automatically. We measured the spleen volume of these 20 cases by CT. Results The spleen volume measured by ultrasonography and by CT are (170. 62 ±43.83)cm3 and (179.54±47.26)cm3 respectively. There is no obviously significance between them(P〉0.05). Conclusion We initial- ly established model of spleen volume measured by ultrasonography,and the possibility to apply this model was identi- fied.
