摘 要:标准齿轮在测量被测齿轮径向综合偏差时用作测量齿轮,但其自身的径向综合偏差用传统方法无法测量,因传统检测仪灵敏度、精度等达不到要求,且已没有更高精度的基准元件可用,需要设计超精密齿轮径向综合偏差检测仪对标准齿轮本身进行测量。由于测量的灵敏度与精度要求很高,应尽可能减小检测仪的系统误差,对此进行了分析、计算与补偿,其中安装心轴的径跳和平行度是系统误差中最关键的两项,心轴的测量基准面偏心与跳动将直接反映到径向综合偏差中,定位基准面的偏心会增大两心轴的平行度误差,该误差过大会导致齿轮啮合出现点接触,所以对以上系统误差分析与补偿是有必要的。Standard gear is used as measuring gear when to measure radial composite deviations of the measured gear, but its radial composite deviations can not be measured by using traditional methods, because sensitivity, accura- cy ,etc of traditional detector can not meet the requirements, and have no more precision reference element can be used, so we need to design ultra - precision gear radial composite deviations detector to measure standard gear. For the high demands of sensitivity and accuracy, the detector system error should be minimized, the analysis, calculation and compensation are carried out, wherein the runout and parallelism of the installation mandrel is the systematic error in the two most, the measurement datum eccentricity and runout of the mandrel will be a direct reflection of radial compos- ite deviations, the runout of positioning surface will increase parallelism error to the two mandrels, if this error is too large will cause point contact in meshing, so the analysis and compensation for the above system error is necessary
