摘 要:在风力发电机组运行过程中,主轴作为传动链系统重要的组成零部件之一,其设计合理与否直接关系到整机的可靠性。为了更合理模拟主轴的受力情况,使用GAP非线性接触单元模拟主轴承的传力方式,正确模拟主轴承的调心作用。通过建立主轴强度分析模型,使用有限元方法对主轴进行承受极限载荷时的静强度分析,之后结合载荷谱、S-N曲线及线性累积损伤理论对主轴进行疲劳寿命分析及优化。分析方法为风力发电机组主轴的设计及优化提供了一种可靠的依据。During the operation of the wind turbine, the mianshaft is one of the important parts of drive chain system, the rationality of its design is directly related to the reliability of the wind turbine. For a more reasonable simu- lating the force of mianshaft, by using GAP non - linear contact element, the way of force transferring of the main bear- ings is simulated, and a correct simulation of aligning the role of the main bearing is carried out. Through building strength analysis model of mainshaft and using finite element method, the static strength analysis of the mainshati when which withstands the limit load is carried out. Then the fatigue analysis and optimization of the mainshaft combined with load spectrum, S - N curve and linear cumulative damage theory are carried out. A reliable hasis for the design and optimization of the mainshaft of the wind turbine is provided by this analysis method.
