摘　　要：文章总结了广东省农业科学院近年来加强科技条件能力建设有关工作的经验和成效,分析了科研条件体系建设中存在的困难和问题,并对加强农业科研条件体系建设提出了加强顶层设计,优化科研条件平台建设规划布局;建设与管理并重,抓好重点科研条件平台建设;创新体制机制,加强科研人才队伍建设等建议。Experiences and achievements of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences on enhancing scientific research conditions in recent years were summarized in the paper.Difficulties and problems in the construction of scientific research condition system were analyzed.To strengthen agricultural scientific research system construction,several effective approaches were put forward,such as strengthening top-level design,further optimizing planning for scientific research conditions of platform construction,laying stress on both construction and management,focusing on the construction of the scientific research platform,innovating the mechanism and strengthening the talent team construction,etc.
