摘  要:以花生为试验材料,研究了光照、湿度和营养元素对花生果针膨大机制的影响,即在花生开花下针期,将果针按照不同条件进行处理,在收获期回收果针。结果表明,光照对果针膨大影响较大,受到光照的果针几乎没有膨大发育;湿度对果针发育影响也较明显,干燥环境中果针基本未发育;营养元素在果针发育时期需求较多,较适宜的浓度确保了果针的正常膨大,但浓度过高或过低都会影响其正常发育。通过对花生果针膨大的初步探索,旨在为花生高产栽培奠定基础。Peanuts were used to study the effect of light,moisture,nutritional elements to the enlargement of the fruit needles. The needles were treated with different factors during its development period and harvested at maturity stage.Results showed that needles under light or in drought environment didn’t expand much,which indicating that light and moisture were important to the needle’s expand;suitable concentration nutritional elements were required during the needle development period.Too high or too low concentration could affect needle’s development.This study provided basis for peanut high-yielding cultivation.
