摘　　要：针对某水冷柴油机在考核试验中齿轮轮齿断裂的故障,从齿轮表面缺陷、齿轮过载或受到较大外力冲击、齿轮啮合不良、齿轮热处理、齿根圆角、齿轮啮合宽度等影响因素进行分析,分析表明:轮齿断裂系齿轮热处理硬度偏低及齿根圆角偏小导致。A water-cooled diesel engine met the problem of gear wheel teeth broken during examining test. The influence factors were analyzed from the aspects of defects of gear wheel surface, overload of gear wheel, big external force attack, bad meshing of gear, as well as heat treatment, round comer of tooth root and meshing width of gear. It is concluded that the gear wheel teeth broken was caused by rela- tively low hardness of heat treatment of gearwheel and small round comer of tooth root.
