苯丙乳液在彩喷纸表面施胶中的应用

摘　　要：苯丙乳液是表面施胶常用助剂,而以施胶方式制备彩喷纸是降低成本的方法。本文以阳离子苯丙乳液配用固色剂用于彩喷纸的表面施胶中,研究对打印质量的影响。结果表明:阳离子苯丙乳液起固色防水的作用,大大减少固色剂用量。配用适量固色剂时阳离子淀粉施胶后色密度、防水性与相纸相当,聚乙烯醇施胶后色密度、防水性、墨点面积和墨点圆度均可以达到相片纸的打印效果。Poly-styrene-acrylate emulsion （SAE） is a common surface sizing agent. Surface sizing method is a simple technology to lower the cost of inkjet paper. Cationic SAE was applied to surface sizing mixture with dye fixing agent. Both sizing bulk of cationic starch （CS） and polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） were researched on inkjet printing quality. The results show that SAE can be used as a dye fixing agent and greatly save the consumption of dye fixing agents. After CS sizing with dye fixing agent and SAE, ink density and water resistance can reach that of inkjet photo paper. After PVA sizing with dye fixing agent and SAE, all data of ink density, water resistance, ink dot area and ink dot roundness are close to that of inkjet photo paper.
