摘  要:溶解木浆生产过程中会产生大量的中段废水,针对此废水可生化性较差、硫酸根含量较高等特点,进行了"水解酸化-好氧生化-混凝沉淀"组合处理工艺的试验研究。水解酸化在温度为38℃,水力停留时间(HRT)为6h,pH值为6~7时,可将废水的B/C比值由小于0.2提高到0.3~0.35;好氧生化段水力停留时间为24h,MLSS控制在2g/L左右,COD去除率可达到80%以上;混凝处理段硫酸铝投加量为600mg/L,投加硫酸铝后pH值在6~7时,处理后的出水水质COD≤100mg/L,SS≤30mg/L,色度<50倍。Dissolving pulp production will produce large amounts of wastewater, in view of the poor biochemical degradability and the high sulfate radical content, a combined process of "hydrolysis acidification-- aerobic biochemical--coagulation precipitation" was used to treat dissolving pulp wastewater. When hydrolytic acidification operates at temperature 38 ℃, hydraulic retention time (HRT) 6 h, pH value 6 - 7, the B/C ratio ofwastewater increases from less than 0.2 to 0.3-0.35; when hydraulic retention time is at 24h, MLSS 2g/l in aerobic biochemical stage, COD removal rate can reach above 80%; when aluminum sulfate dosage is at 600 mg/1 and corresponding pH value in 6-7 in coagulation stage, COD after treatment is not more than 100 mg/l, SS not more than 30 mg/I and chroma less than 50 times.
