摘 要:通过N-乙烯基甲酰胺-苯乙烯共聚物乳液的碱性水解反应制备了不同阳离子度的纳米级C-PNVFSM乳液。在近中性造纸条件下,C-PNVFSM在再生瓦楞纸张中具有显著的纸张增强效果,且阳离子度高的C-PNVFSM效果较好。当C-PNVFSM-8220对绝干纸浆0.2%添加时,纸张的干抗张指数从26.0N.m/g增加至40.5N.m/g;环压指数从7.30N.m/g增加至10.05N.m/g;湿抗张指数从1.5N.m/g增加至3.7N.m/g。The nanoscale particle C-PNVFSM with different cationic degrees were prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of the copolymer emulsions of N-vinyltbrmamide(NVF) and styrene(SM). Under the near neutral papermaking condition (pH 6.5), C-PNVFSM had an obvious effect on improvement of paper strength for corrugated recycled pulp papermaking. The effects of C-PNVFSM with high cationic degree on improvements of paper strength were improved better, with the paper dry tensile strength index increased from 26.0 Nm/g to 40.5 N,m/g, the ring crush index increased from 7,30 Nom/g to 10.05 N-m/g, and the wet tensile strength index increased from 1.5 (Nm/g) to 3.7 (N.m/g), at the C-PNVFSM-8220 dosage of 0.2% based on oven dry pulp.
