摘　　要：介绍自主开发和研制的新一代中浓双网压滤机设备。采用中浓8%～10%进浆方式避免浓缩设备常发生压溃现象,适用于生产商品浆的高浓度湿浆达到45%以上。在整个制浆造纸过程中起到进一步节约水资源、节约能耗,提高生产效率及降低运输成本。A new generation of medium consistency twin wire pressure filters was developed and manufactured independently. A feeding consistency was adopted to avoid the crushing phenomenon, which is suitable for the production of wet pulpboard of over 45% dryness, to reach the targets of saving water resource, reducing energy consumption, raising production efficiency and reducing the cost.
