肝性脑病大鼠海马神经元的变化与学习记忆力关系的探讨

摘  要:目的探讨肝性脑病大鼠海马神经元的形态学改变与学习记忆力关系。方法选择雄性大鼠50只,实验开始前所有动物进行Morris水迷宫测试,之后将动物分为正常组和实验组。9周后建立CCl4肝性脑病模型,分别取2组大鼠肝、海马组织进行HE染色、尼氏染色。结果肉眼下可见实验组大鼠肝脏普遍呈坏死性肝硬化,大鼠Morris水迷宫测试逃避潜伏期显著延长;尼氏染色结果显示实验组大鼠海马神经元数目减少、染色较浅,胞浆内尼氏体减少或消失。结论肝性脑病时学习、记忆力下降可能与海马功能受损密切相关。Objective It is to explore the relationship between the morphological changes of hippocampus neurons and learning and memory ability of rats with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods 50 male Wistar rats were chosen and tested by Mor- ris water maze test(WMW) before experiment, then they were randomly divided into normal control group and experimental group. After 9 weeks CCI4 models of hepatic encephalopathy were established, the livers and hippocampus of each groups were take out for HE examination, Nissl staining. Results Widespread necrosis of liver was detected by naked eyes in experimental group. The incubation time of WMW in experimental group was significantly prolonged. Nissl's staining showed that in experi- mental group the number of neurons in hippocampus decreased with lighter staining, Nissl bodies also decreased or disap- peared. Conclusion Poor learning and memory ability may be related with the injury of hippocampus function when suffering from hepatic encephalopathy.
