摘 要:汽车横向传动轴的轮端万向节一般通过中心螺母与轮毂轴紧固连接,中心螺母紧固的效果与轮毂轴承的工作性能密切相关。如果中心螺母的拧紧扭矩过小,则轮毂轴承的轴向预紧力不足,轮毂轴承的寿命可能会缩短;如果中心螺母拧紧扭矩过大,又可能会存在横向传动轴外万向节柄部拉伸过载的风险。阐述了汽车横向传动轴外万向节与轮毂轴连接扭矩的控制方法,实例分析了汽车横向传动轴外万向节与轮毂之间装配时使用扭矩转角控制法的优越性。The wheel hub and outboard joint stem of automobile horizontal drive shaft is fas- tened by center nut, from which the axial force will impact the performance of wheel hub bearing unit. If the fastening torque is smaller, the axial preload on bearing unit is un-sufficient, and the bearing du- rability performance will be shortened. If the fastening torque is larger, the axial overload may result in the broken risk to outboard joint stem of automobile horizontal drive shaft. Two fastening torque control method is stated here, and an application example from some automobile plant is introduced to explain the advantage of torque rotation angle method.
