河南省部分地区猪伪狂犬病病毒、猪圆环病毒和猪瘟病毒核酸检测分析

摘　　要：为了解河南省部分地区猪群中猪伪狂犬病(PR)、猪圆环病毒病(PCVD)和猪瘟(CSF)3种伴有神经症状的免疫抑制性疫病的感染情况,本研究应用RT-PCR、PCR方法对近期采集的豫西地区84份伴有神经症状的病料进行猪伪狂犬病病毒、猪圆环病毒2型和猪瘟病毒检测分析。结果显示,PRV、PCV-2和CSFV的阳性率分别为75%、60.71%和32.14%;总单感率为32.14%,各自单感率分别为25.00%、3.57%、3.57%;总混感率为60.71%,PRV/PCV-2、PRV/CSFV、PCV-2/CSFV和PRV/PCV-2/CSFV 4种混感型的混感率分别为32.14%、3.57%、10.71%和14.29%。结果表明,河南省部分地区存在这3种伴有神经症状的猪免疫缺陷性疫病的流行,包括单感流行和混感流行;单感中以PRV流行为主,混感中以PRV/PCV-2这种混感型流行为主;混感复杂,具有PRV/PCV-2、PRV/CSFV、PCV-2/CSFV和PRV/PCV-2/CSFV四种混感型;总混感率比总单感率高,而PRV的单感率比PRV/CSFV、PCV-2/CSFV和PRV/PCV-2/CSFV 3种混感型的混感率却都要高。以上结果为该地区猪群神经症状疫病的诊断和防控积累了资料。To understand the three viral infections of immunosuppression accompanied by neurosymptoms, including pseudorabies virus（PRV）, porcine circovirus（PCV） and classical swine fever virus（CSFV） in Henan province in pigs, RT-PCR and PCR were used to test 84 samples with neurological disease in Henan, which were collected recently. The results showed that the positive rates of PRV, PCV-2 and CSFV infections were 75%, 60. 71% and 32.14%,respectively The positive rate of overall infection was 32. 14%, and their positive rates were 25.00%, 3.57% and 3.57 %,respectively The positive rate of overall mixed infections was 60.71% Four types of positive rates of PRV/PCV-2, PRV/CSFV, PCV-2/CSFV and PRV/PCV-2/CSFV mixed infections were 32.14%, 3. 57%, 10. 71% and 14. 29%,respectively. The results showed that,in part regions of Henan province,there were three kinds of immunosuppressive diseases in pigs accompanied by neurological epidemic, including positive and mixed infections PRV was mainly popular in single positive infection, and PRV/PCV-2 was mainly popular in mixed infection Mixed infection situation was complicated, and there were 4 types of mixed infections including PRV/PCV-2, PRV/CSFV, PCV-2/CSFV and PRV/PCV-2/CSFV mixed infeetion The positive rate of overall mixed infection was higher than that of single positive rate, but the positive rate of PRV infection was higher than that of 3 types of mixed infection rates,including PRV/CSFV, PCV-2/CSFV and PRV/PCV-2/CSFV mixed infection. These results provide theoretical basis and guidance for the diagnosis and of corresponding viral diseases in this area.
