摘　　要：目的:针对目前市场上供给医院消毒供应中心的水处理设备普遍存在造价高、体积大、供水品种单一、安装及维护要求高等缺陷的问题,研制一种适合消毒供应中心专用的集成水处理设备。方法:基于消毒供应中心用水特点和对水处理设备的需求,在前期2项技术专利的支撑下,研制一种主要由前处理系统、反渗透系统、储存及输送系统、控制系统和设备壳体等5部分构成的紧凑型集成水处理设备,并在结构上体现集成化、小型化和安装及使用维护简单化的特点,在功能上体现产水稳定和产水量大的特点,在成本控制方面体现设备购置价格低和运行成本低的特点。结果:通过对研制的集成水处理设备样机进行"试验期"和"日常使用期"4个阶段的效果监测,并对相关检测数据进行整理和分析,结果证实该设备运行状况良好,生产的纯化水和软化水质量稳定可靠,纯化水和软化水的产水量也达到设计要求。结论:研制的集成水处理设备适合各级医院特别是中、小型医院消毒供应中心使用,如其运行稳定性和产水量能满足不同规模消毒供应中心的使用需求,必将具有良好的推广应用前景。Objective To provide hospital CSSD with an integrated water treatment device without the deficiencies of the traditional equipment. Methods Based on the requirements of hospital CSSD for the water and treatment equipment and two patented technologies, the device was developed and composed of the pre-processing unit, reverse osmosis unit, storing ＆ distribution unit, control unit and the shell, which was gifted with the advantages of miniature, low maintenance requirements, stable water generation and low price. Results Experiments and trial operation proved that the device could generate purified water and soft water meeting the requirements.
