摘　　要：目的:研究病理远程会诊系统的结构与应用。方法:构建病理远程会诊系统基层用户端平台,并通过互联网及服务器与上层医院专家端会诊平台对接,按设定的规程进行病理待会诊病例的材料制作、上传、会诊、回传、结果打印与交付。结果:病理远程会诊系统的基层用户端平台、中央服务器、上级医院专家端会诊平台经互联网联接成一个完全整体。在远程病理会诊试验过程中,系统运行比较平稳,操作比较方便。结论:病理远程会诊系统在军队基层医院的疑难病理会诊方面能够发挥重要的作用。Objective To investigate the structure and application of remote pathology consultation system. Mothodg The basic user terminal platform of the system was built up, and the communication with upper hospital specialist consultation platform was realized by Internet and the server. The information of the cases was prepared, uploaded, consulted, transmitted back and printed as designed, Results The system came into being by Internet linking basic user terminal platform, central server and hospital specialist consultation platform, which proved its stability and convenience by the trial operation.
