摘　　要：介绍了消化道内窥镜的发展现状,呈现了消化道内窥镜的整个发展历程,重点介绍了胶囊内窥镜的国内外发展现状,通过分析其存在的主要技术问题,对胶囊内窥镜的技术发展进行了展望,并给出了消化道内窥镜的发展趋势。The whole history of gastrointestinal endoscopy is presented. The present situation of foreign and domestic capsule endoscopies is introduced in detail, and along with the main technical problems, its prospective is explored.
